I’ve been travelling alot the past few weeks, and took my new Bodylastics Resistance Tubes workout kit with me, to stay (get) in shape. I’ve used various resistance tubes in my workouts in the past but wanted a new complete set for my trip, so I decided to try the Bodylastics home gym exercise system, as it was only $45. That was cheaper than any other resistance tubes I found at my local gym equipment retailer.
What is the Bodylastics exercise System?
Bodylastics is a complete home gym system, designed in 1996 to outperform the most popular and expensive large bulky home gyms. You know the ones I mean, Bowflex, Total Gym, Weider, Crossbow, etc. It’s light and compact so I can pack it quickly and easily in my carry on bag! The Bodylastics Quick Clip System allows me to quickly select any level of resistance that I need to maximize my
workout results. Doing bicep curls for example, I can quickly select on band that is equal to 20 lbs. Then I can quickly add weight by clipping in additional bands to do leg squats. This simple yet effective clip in design gives users the ability to generate from 15 to 94 levels of tension (depending on which set you order). So easy, for any webchicklet!
See how easy and effective the Bodylastics system is:

I especially like the Bodylastics door anchor system that allows me to do a ton of great back and leg exercises, that I couldn’t do with my dumbells:

So, if you are looking to stay in shape, or maybe you are looking to finally get into shape, I recommend you give the Bodylastics System a try. You’ve got nothing to lose, except some weight!

Great article. I don’t always have time to get to the gym… Having something as portable and versatile as these resistance tubes would be perfect!
