For those readers who own the Samsung Behold mobile phone, I just came across a great way to get the T-Mobile Unlimited Internet on your Samsung Behold smartphone for just $9.99 per month. This unlimited plan is not supposed to be available for use on T-Mobile smartphones like the Samsung Behold, so this is a great score for those that depend on cheap wifi on their mobile phone.
This tutorial does not require you to chat or call Customer Care, and unlike calling t-mobile this is kinda guaranteed to work. Since the T-zones $5.99 plan has been completely removed from their site (I Think), you will need to call t-mobile and magically BS your way into obtaining that plan (<— I have not tried this due to a low chance of success, especially now)
I am somewhat new to the Behold, but like many others I wanted internet for a
better price. The current unlimited internet plan for non-smart-phones is $9.99;
however, the Behold is a Smart-phone so you may not directly buy the $9.99
service for it.
So here is all you have to do to get it for $9.99:
1. Make an account at T-mobiles site if you do not already have one.
2. Set your phone as your previous non-Smartphone or some other non-Smartphone
if you have not previously had one. (it is usually good to set it as a previous
phone that you still own just in case you need to call Customer Service for some
reason)
3. Then you go to account management.
4. Select add services.
5. From there you will see all of the services provided for the phone you set as
“Your Phone” (not the Behold)
6. Scroll down to Internet and there should be a $9.99 unlimited internet plan,
select the plan(1 month free and then payments start, so if
this does not work for you, you may cancel the service within that month.
7. Now restart your Behold with the SIM card in it and try to go to the
Internet. It should say “SERVICE UPGRADE REQUIRED”, because it recognizes that
the $9.99 plan is not meant for this phone. (If it does not say this it probably
needs some time to activate)

9. Restart the phone and the internet should work.
**Additional Steps (if above does not work)**
10. If the “Service Upgrade Required” error still comes up, all I did to fix it
was to put the SIM card back into my old phone that I set as “My Phone” on
T-mobile’s site. Then Surf the internet on that non-smartphone (you should be
able to surf the internet if the phone is a non-smartphone and it supports the
9.99 plan)
11. Then remove the SIM card from your old phone and place it in the Behold; now
the internet should work.
This webchicklet doesn’t own a Samsung Behold(as previously mentioned, I rely on my Ipod Touch for wifi), so I have not tried this workaround. If you do try out this workaround on your Samsung Behold, be sure to leave a comment below letting everyone know how it worked for you.
